This section allows one to upload their own PM data in either excel or csv format and visualize insights such as kinetic parameters and growth calls. It also performs an elementary QC and points out if samples have strong control well signals.

Data uploaded here is not stored/saved to the database. Sessions expire when users close the exit tab. To contribute to data, use the information in the 'About' page to contact us. This feature is built to support researchers in getting quick insights into their own datasets and can only handle < ~50 samples at once!

• Entries in the Strain, Plate Type, Media and Specie columns should be made sure to be filled with correct entries and should not be empty. This dictionary represents different column names and alternatives that can be used/accepted:
  

  Plate Type: Plate, PlateType
  Media: Medium
  Strain: Strain, Strain Name, StrainName, Name
  Specie: Species, Specie, Organism
  Hr: Hr, Hour, Hours
  

• If uploading replicates, the entries for the replicates should match (Avoid labeling strain names as strain R1, strain R2 etc)
